bat399 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bat399 platform at bat399.im and all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised pages, and game lobby interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access any part of the bat399 Platform.

bat399 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. bat399 is strictly an adults-only platform. The following eligibility requirements must be met in full before any person may register an account or place a bet on the bat399 Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bat399 enforces a strict 18+ policy and performs age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who lack legal capacity under applicable law are prohibited from using the bat399 Platform.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered bat399 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Not a banned player: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on the bat399 Platform.
• Not an employee or affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in betting or gaming activities on bat399.

bat399 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure of the account.

To access the full range of betting, gaming, and casino services available on bat399, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. bat399 will use this information to verify your identity and administer your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account under any circumstances. Any activity carried out through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bat399 support immediately at [email protected]. bat399 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their account security.

• Accurate information: All information provided at registration and during ongoing use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your contact email or mobile number.
• Password security: Use a strong, unique password for your bat399 account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms. bat399 recommends enabling any additional account security measures made available from time to time.
• No bots or automated tools: You must not use scripts, bots, automated betting tools, or any software designed to interfere with or gain unfair advantage over other users or the Platform's systems.

bat399 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. bat399 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits are processed instantly for bKash and Nagad transfers under normal operating conditions.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bat399 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
• Deposited funds that are subject to an active bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within an average of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, subject to identity verification and any applicable pending wagering requirements.
• bat399 may require you to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submitting a copy of a valid national identity document (NID) or passport and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bat399 support.
• bat399 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms, pending investigation.
• bat399 is not liable for any delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or mobile financial services outside its direct control.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All player balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a payment is received in a different currency, bat399 will apply the prevailing conversion rate at the time of processing. bat399 accepts no responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates.

All betting and gaming activity on the bat399 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and individual game titles. These product-level rules are published within the respective game or betting interfaces and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product only.

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted up to the kick-off, start of play, or equivalent event commencement time, as applicable. bat399 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or amend odds at any time where there is evidence of irregular activity, market error, or data feed failure.
• Live in-play betting: Bets placed during live events are accepted at the operator's sole discretion. Connectivity issues on the Player's side do not entitle the Player to cancel a live bet once accepted.
• Void bets: bat399 may void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• Casino and slots: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by the respective game studios. bat399 does not alter, influence, or modify game outcomes. RTP rates displayed are those certified by the game provider.
• Maximum winnings: bat399 applies maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are communicated within the respective betting interface and may vary by sport, market, or game type. Winnings in excess of the applicable limit will be paid at the capped amount.
• Minimum bet: Minimum stake amounts apply per bet and per game. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet or entering a game lobby.

bat399 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bat399 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible players: Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Existing players are not eligible for new-player bonuses. Promotional eligibility is determined at bat399's sole discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Minimum deposit for bonus: The minimum deposit to qualify for a welcome bonus is ৳500 BDT. Deposits below this threshold do not activate the welcome bonus.
• Abuse prevention: bat399 takes bonus abuse seriously. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other artificial means — will have their bonus voided, and their account may be permanently closed with balances forfeited.
• Promotional modifications: bat399 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to amend promotional terms with immediate effect where necessary to prevent abuse or comply with applicable requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat399 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the bat399 Platform, whether directly or through third parties.
• Using another person's account credentials or allowing a third party to use your credentials.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of sporting outcomes for the purpose of gaining a betting advantage.
• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, or software tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the bat399 Platform, its servers, databases, or any connected systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Engaging in "arbitrage" betting strategies or any other systematic approach designed to guarantee profit at the Platform's expense through exploitation of pricing discrepancies.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat399 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Placing bets or accessing gaming products on behalf of another person, including as part of a betting syndicate not disclosed to and approved by bat399 in advance.

Players may request the closure of their bat399 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bat399 will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in a verified account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonuses being forfeited.

bat399 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or by a designated responsible person acting on the Player's behalf.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these terms, bat399 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all funds in the account may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.
